We Have A Lot To Be Thankful For!
This week our schedule is a little different; for our midweek service we will join Living Grace Ministries and have a combined service Wednesday Nov 24th starting at 7:00pm. That brings up one of the things I am thankful for! – The body of Christ! All are welcome! Come and join in! We may have different traditions and one hundred other differences but with Jesus we can celebrate what we do have – Fellowship with Him and in Him!
Schedule change news #2: On Thanksgiving Day Nov 25th we will have a sit down Thanksgiving dinner free to anyone who wants to join us. Starting at 1:00pm you are invited to come join us… just like the church in Acts 2:42b… and shared their meals with great joy and generosity—47 all the while praising God and enjoying the goodwill of all the people. And each day the Lord added to their fellowship those who were being saved.
I am thankful that with trust in Jesus, we can have joyful hearts! Jesus commanded that His followers “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me.” (John 14:1). Happy Thanksgiving to you! – Jon
